Privacy notice
This notice explains how enquiries sent through this site are handled, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who is responsible
CX Calling (Pty) Ltd, contactable at popia@cxcalling.co.za.
What is collected
Your name, email address, message, any offer you make, the domain you enquired about, and the time of your enquiry. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit spam, and may appear in web server logs.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry and take any resulting discussion forward. It is not sold, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
Who can see it
CX Calling (Pty) Ltd, and the hosting and email providers used to run this site and deliver your enquiry.
Our email is hosted by Google, and the notification about your enquiry is sent through SMTP2GO, so it may be stored or processed outside South Africa.
How long it is kept
For up to 24 months after the last contact, unless it becomes part of a signed agreement. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 90 days after that.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information using the contact details above. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za. Our PAIA manual explains how to request records.
Cookies and visit statistics
This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or fonts. To see which pages are visited, it records the page, the time, and the website or tagged link that sent you here. Those records don’t include your IP address or browser details, and they are deleted after about a year. Encrypted backups of them are kept for up to 90 days after that.
